Shipping + Returns

We want you to be completely in love with your purchases, however we understand that online shopping doesn't always go according to plan. So these simple steps and tips are here to help.

EXCHANGES:

We do move through styles quickly, so we can not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, please purchase the new size you need and return the the size not needed following our return policy instructions. Once we receive the returned size, and your return is processed, we will refund your form of payment.

*If you need a different size in a purchased style, please email us ASAP so we can do our best to save that size for you.

RETURNS:

Sorry but as a small locally owned boutique, we do not offer cash back or credit your card back. We do offer returns in the form of a store credit.

Your store credit is valid from the date of issue to use online or at a pop up/trunk show for 3 months. 

All returned items must be received back at Halo within 14 days of first receiving the parcel.

- Items must be received unworn, unwashed and with all tags & original packaging (i.e. shoe boxes) intact. Items must not smell of perfume, deodorant, cigarette smoke or have any make up, lotion, or tanning cream on them.

- We do not accept returns on sale, flash sale, or discounted items.

 -Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items will be refunded with online store credit only! We do not offer cash/credit back.

- We do not accept returns on cosmetics, jewelry, bralettes, leggings, bandeaus, hats, beanies, and sunglasses due to hygienic purposes.

- Return shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer. We recommend getting insurance.

* By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding returns of your purchase.

  • How to Return:
Returned orders must include a completed returns form and your invoice.

  •  Processing time for store credit issued:
Once we receive your return and inspect it, it can take 3-5 business days for it to be processed. You will be emailed once your store credit is valid. Then you will be emailed a gift card that can be used as soon as received.

SHIPPING:

Please be sure to include the correct shipping address at checkout.

-Halo ships to anywhere in the United States. We only ship in the United States currently 

-Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 4:00 pm MST, or on weekend, will begin processing the next business day.

-Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your item has shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number.  

-Halo provides free standard shipping on all orders over $150.

-All orders are shipped USPS/UPS.

Standard shipping rate (5-8 business days) for purchases under $100 are $6.95. 

Priority shipping rate (4-5 business days) for purchases under $100 are 12.95.

-Please allow appropriate time for shipping. This does not include the 2-3 days of processing time.

UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT. WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY STOLEN PACKAGES.
